Day 1: Travel to Lake Manyara National Park from Arusha

 

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park: On the first day of your 12-day Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, a representative from our Tanzanian company will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 9:00 a.m., and you will be prepared to be driven to Lake Manyara National Park, where you will have lunch en route. You will be greeted upon arrival and taken on a wildlife viewing safari through fig and acacia tree species, as well as plains that are home to a variety of wildlife species, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and many more.
